Roderick McLaughlin is an experienced K9 handler and security professional with a proven record in high-risk protection, maritime security, and personal protection operations. He has conducted vehicle and foot patrols, provided armed escorts and bodyguard services for high-value clients, and supported contracts alongside Customs, Homeland Security, and the U.S. Navy. Roderick’s hands-on experience ranges from securing banks and private accounts to maritime patrols and overwatch in crowded environments — roles that demand rapid decision-making, calm under pressure, and meticulous after-action reporting that meets court standards.
A dedicated trainer and team operator, Roderick combines advanced K9 expertise with tactical skills in Close Quarters Battle (CQB), pistol and carbine work, low-light operations, and active-shooter response. He has trained both dogs and handlers in detection, tracking, detaining, and obedience, and continues to deliver freelance and contract K9 training for personal protection and law enforcement. Known for his attention to detail, physical readiness, and clear communication, Roderick brings disciplined leadership and dependable protection to every mission, prioritizing safety, professionalism, and measurable results.
Michael Fascell – COO/Co-Founder & Tactical Operations & Development
Michael is a dedicated security professional with extensive experience in armed patrol, force protection, and maritime operations. Throughout his career, he has served in high-risk environments ranging from domestic gang- and drug-affected neighborhoods to overseas missions involving counter-piracy, executive protection, and force protection alongside the U.S. Navy and Homeland Security. His ability to maintain situational awareness, de-escalate threats, and respond decisively under pressure has established him as a trusted protector committed to safeguarding both communities and clients.
With a strong academic background in criminal justice and a proven track record of leadership in security operations, Michael brings discipline, professionalism, and adaptability to every assignment. Known for his integrity, work ethic, and dependability, he excels at solving complex problems while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions. Alan McLaughlin Jr – CTO Chief Technology Officer
Alan brings over 22 years of experience as an IT professional specializing in enterprise Microsoft technologies, including Exchange, Azure, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, and other network infrastructure platforms. He has a strong track record of managing complex IT environments, securing data, site reliability, and automating workflows that streamline operations.
In prior roles, he supported on-site security infrastructure, including managing a DVR system for surveillance cameras. He oversaw off-site data backup processes—experience that aligns with the secure handling and archiving of drone-captured data. His extensive background in PowerShell scripting, combined with experience in API interfacing and adaptability across other automation frameworks, enables the development of custom solutions for drone data offloading, integration, and analysis.
A lifelong technologist, Alan was introduced to computing at an early age and has built a career defined by problem-solving, innovation, and a drive to apply emerging technologies to real-world challenges.
